The Silvanus Hotel in Visegrád is part of the network of the Pact for Youth Association. We have held workshops for their young employees.
Following a fire at the hotel earlier this year, we were given the opportunity to organise a workshop on stress and change management for young people working there, whose jobs had changed and whose positions had become precarious as a result of the accident.
In response to this request, the project facilitator planned a workshop which was eventually open to the older staff and one of their team leaders.
The aim of the workshop was to help all participants to reflect on how they currently respond to certain situations, recognising individual/professional development needs in those areas, in a safe environment. During the session, everyone was able to share as much of their inner discoveries and thoughts as they would like with the group.
The workshop was implemented in the Pact4Work Skills project.
The project is funded by Erasmus+.
