2020 required innovative solutions from everyone, which was no different at our association.
The Youth Pact Association, the coordinating body of the national Pact4Youth roundtable and
working group, held its annual general meeting. Due to security measures we held our
meeting in a hybrid format, so several of our members joined online. We have prepared and
adopted separate internal rules to govern this, under which we have also amended our statutes.
Although 2020 has also presented our organisation with extraordinary challenges, we see the
new situation not only as a challenge but also as an opportunity. Our stable and good
management has enabled us and will continue to enable us to promote the integration of
young people into the labour market through new projects, to raise awareness of the
challenges facing NEET young people and to take our proposals, which are the result of our
social consultations, to the decision-making level. We also had the opportunity to launch
online developments that will make the labour market of the future more sustainable, thanks
to grants from the National Research Development and Innovation Agency and the European
Solidarity Corps.
